BreathOn Terms of Use

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use BreathOn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app's security
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or premium feature restrictions
• Use the app while driving or operating machinery

Safe Practice

You agree to use BreathOn safely and responsibly. Practice breathing exercises in a comfortable, safe environment. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or experience any discomfort.

5. Intellectual Property

App Ownership

BreathOn, including its breathing techniques, visual animations, audio content, design, code, and features, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes.

Your Data and Settings

You retain ownership of your personal breathing patterns, custom settings, and practice data that you create within the app. This data is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.

6. App Functionality and Limitations

8. Subscription and Premium Features

Subscription Terms

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Premium features remain accessible offline once your subscription is active
• Free tier includes basic breathing patterns with usage limitations

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkmaster's Pottery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BreathOn, including but not limited to any health-related issues that may arise from breathing exercises or meditation practices.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to BreathOn at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasonable causes. You may discontinue use of the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Since most data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app will remove your breathing data and settings. Subscription refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BreathOn will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
