These Terms govern your use of GLP-1 Peptide Shot & Weight, a private medication and wellness tracking app developed by Darkmaster's Pottery. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Tracking Tool, Not Medical Care

- GLP-1 Tracker is a passive record-keeping and organization tool, not a medical device.
- The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.
- The app never calculates, recommends, prescribes, or changes your dosage.
- Only enter and follow doses prescribed by a qualified healthcare provider.
- Always consult your healthcare provider before making medication or dosing decisions.
- Seek urgent medical care for severe or concerning symptoms.
2. Estimated Medication Levels
Estimated Medication Levels are educational visualizations based on published half-life data. They are not medical measurements, do not reflect actual drug concentrations in your body, and must never be used to make dosing decisions.
3. User Responsibilities
- Enter accurate medication, dose, schedule, and health information
- Verify reminders and records against instructions from your healthcare provider
- Maintain your own medication plan and seek professional advice when needed
- Protect access to your device and any files you export
- Use the app only for lawful personal purposes
4. Features and Limitations
The app may provide dose logging, reminders, weight and BMI trends, side effect records, optional Apple Health sync, injection site rotation suggestions, exports, widgets, and Apple Watch features.
Reminders and displayed schedules can be affected by permissions, device settings, time zone changes, software behavior, or inaccurate entries. Never rely on the app as your only source for medication timing.
5. Privacy and Your Data
Your records are stored locally and remain under your control. Review the Privacy Policy for details about Apple Health, exports, backups, and purchases.
6. Plus Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Eligible yearly subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Prices and availability shown by the App Store may vary by region.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to applicable App Store policies.
7. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
GLP-1 Tracker, its design, software, and original content are owned by Darkmaster's Pottery. Medication and manufacturer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for compatibility and identification.
GLP-1 Tracker is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee medical accuracy, uninterrupted availability, reminder delivery, or that the app will meet every individual need.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkmaster's Pottery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, reliance on entered or displayed information, missed reminders, or data loss.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update the app or these Terms as features and legal requirements evolve. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
