• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you input into the app and how you use the generated greetings. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing to ensure it meets your standards and intentions.

4. Intellectual Property

App Ownership

WishesAI - Greeting Cards, including its AI models, design, code, and features, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal purposes.

Generated Content

You retain ownership of the specific input you provide to the app. The AI-generated greetings are provided for your use, but similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs.

5. AI and Technology Limitations

• Service Availability: The app may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues

8. Subscription and Payments

WishesAI - Greeting Cards may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
• Premium features may change or be discontinued at our discretion

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to WishesAI - Greeting Cards at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasonable causes. You may discontinue use of the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
