By downloading, installing, or using Glucose and Blood Sugar Track ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
App Description and Purpose
Glucose and Blood Sugar Track is a personal health management tool designed to help individuals track glucose readings, related health metrics, stress context, medications, and reports. The App provides:

- Data export capabilities
- Apple Health integration
Medical Disclaimer and Limitations
Not a Medical Device
- The App is not FDA-approved or certified as a medical device
- The App cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diabetes or any medical condition
- Glucose readings and other health data entered in the App are user-provided and not clinically validated by the App
- Camera scanner results are OCR-assisted suggestions and must be reviewed and confirmed by you before saving
- Apple Watch, widgets, and complications are convenience surfaces and may not always show the latest data instantly
- HbA1c estimates are approximations based on entered data, not medical tests
- The App should not be used to make medical decisions without consulting healthcare providers
Healthcare Provider Consultation
You should always:
- Consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your diabetes management
- Continue regular medical check-ups and professional glucose monitoring
- Follow your healthcare provider's treatment plan and medication schedule
- Seek immediate medical attention for diabetes emergencies or unusual symptoms
- Verify App-generated reports with your healthcare provider before making decisions
- Verify scanned or Watch-entered values against your measuring device when accuracy matters
User Responsibilities
Accurate Data Entry
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate glucose readings and health data
- Confirming camera-scanned values before saving them
- Reviewing Apple Watch, widget, and complication entries for accuracy and freshness
- Using proper glucose monitoring equipment and techniques
- Understanding the limitations of self-monitoring
- Not relying solely on the App for diabetes management
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. Users under 18 should use the App under adult supervision and with healthcare provider guidance.
Proper Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for personal health tracking purposes
- Not share your health data inappropriately
- Keep your device and App updated for security
- Report any technical issues or concerns to us promptly
Data and Privacy
Your Health Data

Apple Health Integration
When you enable Apple Health integration:

- Imported Apple Health data may come from other apps or devices and should be reviewed for accuracy
Camera Scanner, Apple Watch, Widgets, and Complications
When you use these convenience features:
- You are responsible for granting and managing camera, Apple Health, notification, Watch, and widget permissions
- Scanner recognition may fail or detect the wrong value because of glare, display quality, lighting, device angle, or unsupported formats
- Watch entries may sync later if the devices are offline, locked, or temporarily unable to communicate
- Widgets and complications are informational shortcuts and may be delayed by iOS update scheduling
- These features do not replace your medical equipment, healthcare provider, or emergency care
Subscriptions and Premium Features
Some features may require an active subscription or other in-app purchase. Prices, trial availability, feature access, and subscription terms are shown in the App Store purchase flow and may vary by region. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Disclaimers and Limitations
App Availability
