HRT Tracker has no sign-up. It never asks for an email address or a password.

Where Your Data Lives

Everything you enter stays on your iPhone: the name the app greets you by (optional), your HRT routines and doses, symptoms, check-ups, periods and notes. The app and its widget share one storage area on your device. We run no servers for the app and there is no cloud sync, so we have no access to this data.

What We Collect

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional and off by default.

• If you turn it on, the app reads your cycle history (menstrual flow) from Apple Health and saves the hot flashes you log there.
• Health data never leaves your device through the app. It is not used for advertising or marketing, not sold, and not shared with third parties.
• To turn access off, go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → HRT Tracker.

Face ID and Passcode Lock

App Lock is optional. iOS performs the Face ID or passcode check, and the app never receives your biometric data.

Notifications

Dose reminders are local notifications, scheduled on your device.

Purchases

The subscription is purchased through Apple. We never receive your payment details, and StoreKit verifies the purchase on your device.

Exports

The doctor report (PDF) and Export my data (CSV) are created only when you ask for them. They go only where you send them with the iOS share sheet.

Articles

Source links in the app's articles open in your browser. Those websites' own privacy policies apply.

Deleting Your Data

Delete everything in the app with Profile → Delete all data, or delete the app. Backups of your iPhone in iCloud or Finder follow your own Apple settings.

Children's Privacy

HRT Tracker is not intended for children under 13. Its App Store age rating is 13+.

We publish any changes on this page with a new date.
