HRT Tracker Terms of Use

Important Notice
HRT Tracker is a personal tracking app for menopause and HRT. These Terms apply when you use the app (listed on the App Store as Menopause, HRT Symptom Tracker), its widgets, reminders, reports and related features.

Medical Disclaimer
- HRT Tracker is a wellness tool, not a medical device.
- It does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or predict any condition.
- It never recommends or calculates doses: you enter the routine your clinician prescribed.
- Make decisions about your health and treatment only with your clinician.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HRT Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
App Description and Purpose
HRT Tracker is a self-tracking tool for perimenopause, menopause and the years after. The App provides:
- HRT dose logging and dose reminders
- Symptom logging, daily check-ins and a monthly check-up
- A period and spotting log
- Insights from your own logs
- A doctor report (PDF) and data export (CSV)
- Home Screen widgets
- Optional Apple Health integration and App Lock
User Responsibilities
Accurate Data Entry
You are responsible for:
- Entering the routine your clinician prescribed, accurately
- Checking reminders and records against your clinician's instructions
- Not relying solely on the App to manage your treatment
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
Proper Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for personal health tracking purposes
- Keep your device and App updated for security
- Report any technical issues or concerns to us promptly
Subscription (Premium)
Premium currently adds:
- A second, separate therapy on its own schedule
- Checking off doses from the Home Screen widget
- Your adherence over time: streaks, missed doses and trends
- Premium is a yearly auto-renewing subscription. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
- The price is shown in the App before you buy: $19.99 per year in the US, or the equivalent in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if you start one.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App. Apple is not responsible for the App or its support.
Your Data
Your data is stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping it safe and backed up.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Disclaimers and Limitations
App Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we cannot guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the App
- Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
- Error-free operation or data accuracy
- Availability of specific features in future updates
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any health consequences resulting from App use
- We are not responsible for data loss or technical malfunctions
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any)
- We disclaim all warranties regarding the App's medical accuracy
Updates and Changes
App Updates
We may release updates to improve the App's functionality, security, or compliance. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
Terms Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or App functionality. We publish changes on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the App or suspend access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Darkmaster's Pottery operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Severability
