Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Mystic: AI Horoscope & Tarot, an astrology, horoscope, tarot, moon phase, compatibility, and birth chart app developed by Darkmaster's Pottery.
1. Astrology and Entertainment Disclaimer
For Reflection and Entertainment
Mystic provides astrology, tarot, moon, compatibility, and related interpretation content for personal reflection and entertainment. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions. Do not use Mystic content as the sole basis for important life, health, relationship, financial, legal, or safety decisions.
2. App Features
- Personalized daily horoscope based on Sun, Moon, and Rising signs
- Natal chart and birth chart calculations using astronomical data
- Tarot readings and card interpretations
- Compatibility, synastry, and composite chart tools
- Moon phase, moon sign, and lunar calendar features
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Mystic lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, bypass premium access controls, overload services, misuse generated content, or use Mystic for unlawful activity.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Mystic Pro
Mystic Pro is available through Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly subscriptions. The Yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial where available. All billing is handled by Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies
5. Accuracy and Availability
We work to keep Mystic useful and reliable, but astrology interpretations, tarot readings, compatibility analysis, and forecasts are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or available at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
Mystic, including its design, software, text, visual assets, and app experience, is owned by Darkmaster's Pottery or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
7. Privacy
Your use of Mystic is also governed by the Mystic Privacy Policy, which explains how app data is handled.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkmaster's Pottery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Mystic or reliance on app content.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Mystic changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
